We focus on clinical expertise and proven outcomes, rather than indulgence. Our purpose-designed retreat provides a comfortable, supportive environment that feels like a home away from home.

No ethical provider can guarantee recovery. What we can provide is the expertise, structure, and support needed to create the strongest possible conditions for lasting change.

The program is built entirely around gambling harm. We don’t treat other addictions alongside it. That distinction matters, because the psychological patterns behind gambling behavior are genuinely different from other dependencies, and the therapy reflects that.

Treatment is delivered through a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, and both group and individual sessions. All of it is grounded in evidence and structured around your recovery.

Our clinical team includes specialized gambling therapists, lived experience practitioners, and recovery workers, all supported by clinical leadership with decades of experience in gambling harm specifically.

The full Retreat program runs for up to 18 weeks across three phases. There’s up to six weeks of virtual support before you arrive, a six-week core stage that combines two one-week residential stays with four weeks of virtual support in between, and six weeks of virtual post-retreat support once you’re home.

The residential stays are when you’re here with us in person, fully immersed in the program. The virtual phases are structured support that wraps around those stays, so the work continues before you arrive and after you leave rather than stopping at the door.
